1. Do you deliver across the United States?

Yes, we currently deliver throughout the United States. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum spend. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

2. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes an additional 4–9 business days after processing, giving a total estimated delivery time of 6–12 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where available.

3. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum order value required. There are no standard shipping charges added to your order at checkout.

4. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Of course. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn other than for trying them on, with all original tags and labels attached. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

5. How long does a refund take?

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are normally processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
