Placing an order with HOVER BROTHERS constitutes an offer from you to purchase the products included in your order.

Receiving an automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and payment has been successfully authorized or processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

Incorrect pricing or product information
Product unavailability

HOVER BROTHERS' online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology and infrastructure used to operate our Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and HOVER BROTHERS / Don Collective.

Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased directly from HOVER BROTHERS.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for HOVER BROTHERS' products or for claims arising solely from transactions between you and HOVER BROTHERS.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have directly against HOVER BROTHERS under applicable law.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain information relating to your access to and use of our Services.

If we do not immediately exercise or enforce a right available under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.

These Terms, together with the policies and other terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and HOVER BROTHERS regarding your use of the Services.

Nothing in this section excludes representations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Assignment

These Terms and any agreements through which we provide our Services are therefore governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules and mandatory consumer protections.

If you are a consumer located in the United States, nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or limit mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable U.S. federal or state law.

You may also be entitled to bring proceedings in a court or jurisdiction available to you under applicable law.

Nothing in this section is intended to prevent a consumer from relying on mandatory rights available under the laws applicable to them.

Section headings are included for convenience and readability only.

They do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, legal obligations or regulatory requirements.

The latest version will always be made available through our website.
